Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?
A.Yes, a $50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable after your event provided equipment is returned in clean and undamaged condition.
Q. When do I pay for the hire?
A The balance is payable in full 2 days prior to delivery of the equipment if paying by Direct Deposit. Payments can be made by cash or cheque on day of delivery.
Q. What if I cancel my booking?
A.All goods booked then cancelled 7 days prior to delivery will be charged 25% of total booking cost. All goods booked and cancelled 5 days prior to delivery will be charged 50% of total booking cost. All goods booked and cancelled 2 days prior to delivery will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
Q. Does the equipment need to be returned clean?
A. Yes, equipment needs to be returned clean to avoid cleaning charges.
Hard Surface Install.
Marquees installed on hard surfaces will require concrete weights, which will involve an additional charge.
Please note that customer assist means that the hirer is required to help unload, carry and assist with the installation process of marquees at the time of delivery. Delivery times for customer assist are at the discretion of the hire firm and are non negotiable. The time required is approximately 30 to 40 minutes depending on the number of marquees and where they are being fully installed.
